​It's been a delight to see all of the online posts about wild garlic this past month. We have been lucky enough to live near an abundance of it. I have certainly stocked up on wild garlic pesto!
It's devic energy (wild garlic, not the pesto) has attuned well with Shungite in a sense that it is highly protective. This strong plant gives courage in the face of adversity. There is still much anxiety and fear in the world because of Covid-19. The essence of wild garlic in my crystal grid is acknowledging that for some, these are difficult times in unknown waters but it will all be okay in the end. You are protected. 
Stay centered and grounded. I'm blessed that I can wonder through our local woods and breath in the scent of ramsons. Wild garlic contains  contains vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and copper. It is known to have antibiotic, 
antibacterial and possibly antiviral properties.
Mother nature certainly does deliver!

'For some time now I have been working with Blue Goldstone. I find something mesmerizing about it. A place where I can lose myself in the tiny flecks of copper that mirror a solar system of stars. Stars of hope flickering brightly from the deep blue abysm. This pandemic seems unreal. The human psyche hasn't had to deal with a global coming together on this scale in my lifetime.
This is a gemstone of wisdom and science, it's assisting me to remember the light within the darkness and showing me to reach for the stars. CIB is a reminder to trust your inner knowing. To feel and act on inner guidance from spirit. Never more do we need to take back our power from the daily illusions that are crumbling around us. So I finally did it! In early June I spent two days at Neal's Yard Remedies Covent Garden training in the well known organic facial.  After years of seeing the benefits of an Ayurvedic Face Massage or Indian Head Massage on my clients, I decided to add a little zest to it! I had already gained a qualification some time ago in a luxury facial diploma but I felt it lacked something.
The early warm summer months were spent delivering these treatments upon my guinea pig case studies. Thank you!
