I've always been a deep thinker and a bit of a traveller. In 1995 whilst venturing out in the Indian Himalayas I received my first unofficial attunement in Reiki. It was a mind blowing experience without trying to sound like a spiritual cliche. Prior to this I had an interest in alternative therapies massaging family and friends, reading about the healing properties of plants, esoteric symbolism and ancient civilisations, collecting natural trinkets like rocks, shells and crystals. Nature is important to me and I was drawn to studying and volunteering to protect the natural world around us, working with BTCV (British Trust Conservation Volunteers) and leading a dryland reclamation permaculture project in Almeria. I spent 5 years teaching in Spain where my son was born. Upon returning to England in 2008 I finally started to align with my true essence, bringing lifes' jigsaw puzzle together. And here began a journey grounded in learning about mind, body and soul and how to be of service to others which brings me much joy.
I am now studying for my diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy, a dream come true where I can combine natures' healing properties with my diverse skill set. I am also studying Eden Energy Medicine. This is a grounded comprehensive course that focuses on the nine energy systems, where I can combine the metaphysical with the physical. We're now living in a era where frequencies are shifting and amping up. This means that we too are changing. We are made of matter which vibrates at a certain speed. By working with energy healing I aim to unblock any unbalances physically, emotionally and spiritually within myself and my clients.
