When the planet starts to go back to 'normal', some will choose to be brave warriors and align their world with the heartbeat of Gaia. Others will slip back into their comfortable slumber. Which one will you choose for the sake of future generations?

This past month my crystal grid over a map of the earth has shifted and grown. The intention and focus continues to support the planet heal and learn from this pandemic.
Recently the Schumann frequency has jumped to 100 HZ (off the scale!) recording of earth, correlating with humanities consciousness and brain waves. Where mass meditations, compassion and empathy as a collective have raised the frequency.
Shungite has been detrimental in assisting me. This mineral is two billion years old, a wise soul indeed. Within the grid it has been clearing out mental and emotional pollutants, old thought forms from the 3rd dimension. It has enabled fresh pattern imprints from the 5th dimension frequencies to link in only with the wisdom learnt from the past. Our ancestors invisible thread will forever be with us.
I love to use Elite Shungite (there are three types), especially in these shifting times. I leave mine in drinking water for 48 hours as I believe it contains natural antioxidants that neutralize free radicals and supports my immune system. I also feel that wearing it and having it in my home protects us from EMF frequencies which we need to be really aware of right now!

It's been a delight to see all of the online posts about wild garlic this past month. We have been lucky enough to live near an abundance of it. I have certainly stocked up on wild garlic pesto!

There is still much anxiety and fear in the world because of Covid-19. antibacterial and possibly antiviral properties.
